No matter where in the world you are reading this from. We live in evil times. Our lands and<a href=\"https:\/\/prayerrelay.com\/prayer-points-for-nations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> nations <\/a>are no longer of the Lord. They no longer abide by his will. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of reaching and redeeming people, our churches are compromising to accommodate people. As such, we end with pews full of people who are not here for the right reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our lands and nations are going to waste. Now more than ever, the church places <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Politics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">politics<\/a> above Christ! We have placed finance above righteousness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yet, this is not all doom and gloom. The Bible tells us that we have an intercessor. God us how we can be redeemed from the state that we find ourselves in. We will break it down and pray as we do so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"If_my_people\"><\/span>If my people<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This got me to really question if we are still his people? I know we say we are, but are we living as his people should? Do those who see us see him?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Matthew 7:21-23&nbsp;New King James Version (NKJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Never Knew You<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sup>21&nbsp;<\/sup>\u201cNot everyone who says to Me,&nbsp;\u2018Lord, Lord,\u2019 shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who&nbsp;does the will of My Father in heaven.&nbsp;<sup>22&nbsp;<\/sup>Many will say to Me in that day, \u2018Lord, Lord, have we&nbsp;not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many <a href=\"https:\/\/prayerrelay.com\/prayer-points-for-pastors-and-church-leaders\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wonders in Your name?\u2019&nbsp;<sup>23&nbsp;<\/sup>And&nbsp;then I will declare<\/a> to them, \u2018I never knew you;&nbsp;depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Father, we pray this would not be the case for our land. We pray this would not be the case for our <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/prayerrelay.com\/prayer-points-for-pastors-and-church-leaders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pastors and leaders<\/a> in this land. In this time of great denial and exodus from standing in the truth, we choose to remain your people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May our righteousness never be found in numbers. Many are going astray in these times, following pastors and rogue leaders. Our righteousness is in you alone, Jesus! Amen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Which_are_called_by_my_name\"><\/span>Which are called by my name<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is one thing to be called by his name by people on this earth. To be called by his name, by Christ himself is what we should pursue. To meet him and hear him say, &#8220;Well done, good and faithful servant.&#8221; That is what our main goal should be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord, we confess that we have not as a people walked in ways that are worthy to be called by your name. We have often justified our evil deeds that are not worthy of your name, by placing your word out of context. Our opinions have negatively filtered your word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scripture tells us that there is a way that seems right to a man, yet it leads to distraction. Father, guide us away from distraction. We want to walk in the ways that are right to you, even when mankind does not approve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We as a people, will stand for your will, and truly be called by your name. In Jesus&#8217; name! Amen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Shall_Humble_Themselves\"><\/span>Shall Humble Themselves<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are warned in scripture, that pride comes before the downfall. Yet, we have been prideful as nations. We have walked in allegiance with people and things that do not represent us. Humility has long left most of our nations. We walk in pride and view ourselves as being superior to others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not let us fall, oh God. Redeem us from pride. Take away arrogance. We choose to be humble, oh Lord!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"And_pray_and_seek_my_face\"><\/span>And pray, and seek my face<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In most ministries, prayer meetings remain some of the least attended meetings. People want to sit in the pews and receive. Very few want to labour in <a href=\"https:\/\/prayerrelay.com\/the-lords-prayer\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prayer to birth that which the Lord<\/a> has in store for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Father, you have called us to be <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/prayerrelay.com\/raising-prayers-hopeless-situations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">men and women of prayer<\/a>. Our eyes have become caught in activities and other things within the church. We have become too caught up with creating too many meetings with fellow men and none with you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our prayer closets as nations and lands have become less and less frequented. Draw us back to you, oh God. <a href=\"https:\/\/prayerrelay.com\/raising-prayers-hopeless-situations\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raise us again as prayer<\/a> warriors. In the name of Jesus, awaken all sleeping giants who have lost their identity in you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open our eyes so that we may seek you and seek your kingdom. Amen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"And_turn_from_their_wicked_ways\"><\/span>And turn from their wicked ways<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord, we have often walked blindly in wickedness. We have chosen to walk in line with our nationality, our creeds and other things that are not you. Our nations are wicked. The church has become complicit in this wickedness, oh Lord. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raise Daniels among us. Raise men and women who will stand for your truth again. Cleanse our hearts. Cleanse our consciences. Open our eyes to see the error of our ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Give us the boldness to walk away from wickedness. Grant us the strength to follow our convictions, even when it hurts. May your righteousness be clear in us, oh God!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Then_will_I_hear_from_heaven\"><\/span>Then will I hear from heaven<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord, you have not turned away from us, even when we have turned from you. You have stood for us when we could not do it for ourselves. Father, hear us from heaven as we cry out to you on behalf of our land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not turn away from us, Lord. We have no other God that we could turn to. There is no other God like you! You are God all by yourself! Amen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"And_will_forgive_their_sin_and_will_heal_their_land\"><\/span>And will forgive their sin, and will heal their land<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Father, we acknowledge that we have sinned against you. Forgive us of times that have strayed away from your will. We repent of walking in paths that you did not order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We repent for using your name to further our own causes, that are not your causes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord, we pray that you would heal our land. Bring us deliverance from the highest office to the lowest of men and women. Please give us a new song! Raise us a new generation of believers after your cause. In Jesus&#8217; name! Amen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you have read this, we trust that you have been geared and enabled as an intercessor. Please make sure you share it.
