Who are you praying for?
Do you remember when the world “prayed” for France? Of course you. This is when social media was awash with images and messages for France after the terrorist attacks had occurred. Here’s an image to refresh your memory.
The logo above was a remake of the time when we all “stood” with the Charlie Hebdo attack victims. Perhaps France was one of the “prayers” you missed. Surely you remember when the world “prayed” for Texas,
for Las Vegas,
What if his people prayed?
There is an overwhelming sense of solidarity and unity in these times of tragedy. It got us thinking, what if HIS people prayed? What if tragedy was not the only time that Christians would rise together and call unto the Lord for their fellow earthlings? When we wait for tragedy to strike before we pray, we are somewhat complicit in these things. The role of an intercessor, which every one of us should be is to raise to the Lord those who would otherwise not raise themselves. Love dictates that we pray for cities and nations that we do not have relations or vested interests in. What if we prayed? As a team that is driven by action, we decided to get this campaign started.
We will be creating prayer points for every country across the world, and perhaps even go as far as adding cities as well. These prayer points will be tailored to the needs of these nations, as far as we can identify them. We want to give you, the intercessors somewhere to start.
We will be adding a list of countries in alphabetic order, so you can identify and pray for them. The first on this list is Albania. We picked this country with the knowledge that none of us has a vested interest there. This is what intercession should look like.
PRAYER POINTS FOR COUNTRIES
This list will grow as we complete and add more nations to it. If you would like to get involved, please get in touch with us via our contact form. Let your house become a house of prayer.
