This post will look at things you should consider when praying for Alabama. Our prayer points are based on various things, including the state’s residents’ economy, safety and general wellbeing. Leaders’ information is included in the post, for we are to pray for them regardless of what we think of them.
Psalm 127:1
Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain. In vain, you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat– for he grants sleep to those he loves.
This rings true for every nation, state and home today. Mighty empires have risen and stood, seemingly immortal. Yet, they have all but fallen. The key reason behind that was forgetting the LORD. They watched in VAIN! They labored in VAIN! Let that not be our testimony as intercessors. Let that not be our testimony as men and women of faith.
