Jeremiah 10:23-24 says, “I know, Lord, that our lives are not our own. We are not able to plan our own course. So correct me, Lord, but please be gentle. Do not correct me in anger, for I would die.”

As followers of Christ, we are called to lift up our communities in prayer and intercession. This post is dedicated to guiding your prayers for the state of Illinois, focusing on its residents’ economic stability, safety, and overall health and happiness. We must pray for our leaders, regardless of our personal opinions of them, as they play a crucial role in shaping the state’s future. Let us unite in faith, lifting up Illinois and its inhabitants to our Heavenly Father, who hears and answers our prayers.
